I really enjoyed the hotel’s fantastic location right on Ponta Negra Beach, where I could relax and watch surfers from my beach front room. The atmosphere was welcoming with beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely garden. However, the Wi-Fi issues in my room and the lack of service during our arrival made the experience a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a great spot if you can overlook the internet problems.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location right on Ponta Negra Beach was amazing, the poor internet service and the way the staff handled complaints left a lot to be desired. I loved the beautifully decorated room and the lovely breakfast area, but the lack of responsive service really detracted from my stay. Moreover, having to pay for beach towels every time was unexpected and added up quickly.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. Despite a promised airport pickup that never happened, the location on Ponta Negra Beach was great, and the security felt solid. The rooms were cold with no hot water, making for an uncomfortable stay, particularly given the high price. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of communication and poor service.
